Expose Java methods as Streamable HTTP MCP Server. Compliant with latest+previous MCP specification with all MCP features: tools, resources, prompts, completions, extensions, including tasks and skills (SEP-2640). Runs on Netty - industry standard IO library. Supports DSL and declarative java annotations.
