Ask HN: What are your current favorite monitoring and observability solutions?

With so much agent-assisted development going on, I think monitoring what we deploy is more important than ever. What are your favorite solutions, along with any advice you'd give for implementing/using them? I'd personally prefer to hear about non-SaaS solutions, but I realize that may be hard mode.
