Why We've Filed a Referendum

B.E.A.R. is a political issues committee (PIC) organized by Box Elder residents to stop the Stratos Project Data Center. This project moved forward with far too many unanswered questions around water, power, cost, and transparency. Our referendum is about restoring accountability and giving Box Elder voters a real say before irreversible decisions are made.
